Observations, (whilst not a requirement in all states and territories) are an important aspect of circular planning in OSHC. They are a simple and effective way of capturing information about a child's learning and development, and providing a tool to then forward plan experiences specific to the individual child's interests or developmental needs.

This form provides simple prompts, and a useful tracker to help you and your team record and show evidence of circular planning- QA1
