This Quality area 5.1.1 resource is specific to this standard and reflecting on how to improve the relationships between educators and children, and to ensure interactions are responsive and meaningful, and supports all childre to feel secure, confident and inlcuded. 
 
It includes a 5 day plan for educators to reflect on individual elements of this standard, as well as simple experiences educators can engage in to promote these relationships. 
 
I've also included a set of prompts educators can use to build relationships and know more about the children in their care, along with flash cards or lanyards for quick reference. 
 
This is a great tool for a new program, or a program with a change of leadership, or to just do at the start of each term or the year when the cohort or children changes.
