All things OSHC STORY

I've been in the OSHC and ELC Industry for 10+ years, starting as a trainee educator  and progressing into a number of roles, . Over the years I have been lucky enough to support many wonderful teams and lead them to success in their programs, and seen the growth of many educators through their careers. I have always had a passion for creating custom resources, particularly as I became more familiar with the industry and could create material which saw many of my teams achieve amazing results.

​Being creative, I have also always had a passion for curating beautiful OSHC environments and setting up engaging provocations. I enjoy the challenge of taking everyday items and turning them into something the children love and can engage in their play. If that could be my full time job, I would be very happy!! 

 

All things OSHC started in 2023 on Instagram as a personal portfolio to share my resources,  provocations and exciting physical environment's myself or my teams had setup during our before and after school care settings.

The more I began to share, and delve into the online world, it was clear there was very limited OSHC specific resources available for OSHC educators, and so I begun to utilise my skills to formally create resources specific to individual needs of likeminded OSHC professionals. 

 

My goal is to support as many OSHC professionals in their careers as possible, to ensure they see the amazing things they achieve everyday and the impact they are having on so many children's lives. By providing OSHC specific tools I hope educators find a work life balance and enjoy their roles, reducing the transient nature and high turn over in the industry.
